Prismatic Reflective Sheeting Tape

Prismatic Reflective Sheeting is a non-metalized micro-prismatic retroreflective sheeting and is designed for the production of reflective commercial signs and non-critical traffic control signs that are exposed vertically in service. When applied to properly prepared surfaces, this product can provide long-term reflectivity and durability.

Self-adhesive micro prismatic reflective sheeting tape converting is the process of taking large master rolls of adhesive tape and converting it into specific sizes or shapes that make it easier to use in a variety of applications.

Indoor Use: Increase the visibility of objects in your garage to avoid, while backing out or pulling up. Use our prismatic reflective tape on railings, stairs, corners, or floors in your home to create visibility. Once you find an application, you’ll begin looking around the house for other places to use it.

Glass Bead Reflective Tape

WEALLIGHT glass bead reflective tape, as the name suggests, uses microscopic glass beads. These beads are applied to the surface within honeycomb-shaped grids which then bend a light source that shines at it and reflects it back. The glass bead reflective sheeting tapes construction results in a reflection with a wider cone of light, limiting the distance of the retro-reflection values. However, while the wider cone of light isn’t as bright at long distances, it does reflect back at wider angles which are sometimes preferred at shorter distances.

Many see glass bead reflective tape as a more economical version, which is fair. But it still meets FMVSS regulations, and it’s construction also means it is cheaper to manufacture than microprismatic sheeting tape. When maintained properly, glass bead tape can have a retro-reflective performance of up to 7 years! This is not a guarantee, and as mentioned, will have this durability only with correct maintenance.

Note: Do not apply during cold weather. Gently remove a clear film layer to expose the adhesive surface. Verify the size needed. Always be sure to clean the area well before the application.
