Product Description Of Iron On Reflective Heat Seal Tape Film
Heat transfer reflective material is easy to install on a heat press and has many uses, such as various colors, mediums, and high brightness. It can be combined with many other materials.
WEALLIGHT Heat Transfer (Heat Seal) Reflective Tape – Available as Comfort Trim and Silver Gray, all of which reflect a bright white color and are ANSI certified. All of these reflective tapes are used on t-shirts, overalls, jackets, running, and cycling apparel. WL-6100 Comfort Trim has diagonal reflective sections (angled left or right) with blue removable bushings. Both offer excellent reflectivity and breathability.

Does heat reflective tape work?
Unless you can create a layer of dead air between the tape and other surfaces, reflective tape is useless at stopping radiant heat. This is how a radiant heat barrier works. If you simply wrap this tape around it and it comes in direct contact with any surface, it will have little, if any, effect.
How do you iron on reflective tape?
Place the tape WL-6100 from the adhesive side down onto the fabric. Place the iron on the tape and move it along the tape, pressing firmly. You will need 15-20 seconds for the tape to stick to the fabric. Wait 10-15 seconds for it to cool down.
