WEALLIGHT WL-3100 Micro-Prismatic Reflective Vinyl is a Non-metalized micro-prismatic lens reflective sheeting featuring a clear, permanent adhesive designed for long-term reflective use on outdoor applications like traffic control, guidance, warning, and informational signage.

High Intensity Prismatic Reflective Sheeting is a Class 1 high intensity non-metallized microprismatic lens reflective sheeting. Retains reflectivity even when wet. WL-3270 Series meets or exceeds the requirements of Australian and New Zealand standards 1906.1, and U.S. ASTM D4956 Type VIII (U.S.A) -DIN 67520, DIN 6171-1 (German) More 50% Brightness than High-Intensity Glass Bead Reflective Sheeting Wide Angular Legibility Long Distance Visibility. It is recommended for all non-fluorescent boxed edge roadwork signage as it is guaranteed to perform in all weather conditions and at any orientation. WEALLIGHT High Intensity Prismatic Reflective Sheeting is backed by a warranty of up to 7 years for both colour and brightness performance.

Cutting

WEALLIGHT Reflective Material Super Intensity Prismatic Reflective Sheeting WL-3170 Series may be cut into letters and shapes of at least 3 inches in height and stroke widths of at least 1/2 inch. Smaller sizes are not recommended. Sealing cut edges of Reflective Material Super Intensity Prismatic Reflective Sheeting WL-3170 Series is NOT required.

Plotter Cutting

Programmable knife cut (electronic cutting)

1. Fla bed plotters can either die cut or kiss cut and offer the most consistent reliable performance.
2. Friction Fed plotter. Kiss-cut only. Success has been achieved using plotters that have 600 grams of downforce and a 60° cutting blade. Additional drive wheels may need to be added to improve tracking. An alternative procedure is to cut sheeting from the liner side. Blade force and knife depth must be set to score but not cut through the top film. Break apart individual copy or apply pre-mask to retain spacing.

Cutting equipment such as guillotines and metal shears, which have pressure plates on the sheeting when cutting, may damage the optics. Padding the pressure plate and easing it down onto the sheets being cut will significantly reduce damage. The maximum stack height for cutting reflective sheeting is 1 ½ inch or 50 sheets.
